The open excavation works of the Soukka station and rail tunnels will begin at the location of a technical shaft on Yläkartanonkuja. Work begins on 15 February.
Blasting for open excavation will be announced by a series of short signals before the blast and a long signal afterwards.
The monitoring service available on the Länsimetro website shows the rail line and the location of stations and shafts. You can also monitor the progress of excavation work at the service.
