Based on feedback received from commuters, the usability of the metro stations will be developed: the metro must be easy and safe to use. All West Metro stations are accessible and, for example, tactile indicators for the visually impaired are being developed in co-operation with partners. The data management model is continuously developed to support metro infrastructure maintenance processes so that the required data is quickly and readily available. This ensures that the metro works efficiently and safely throughout its lifetime.
