Purchase notices are published in HILMA > parties interested in a purchase submit an application to Länsimetro by a set deadline > applications are processed > requests for quotation are sent to those applicants who meet the requirements presented in the purchase notice > the bidding period is about 4–6 weeks > offers are handed in.
