The Project Manager submitted a status report on the construction and cost monitoring of the Matinkylä–Kivenlahti section to the Board through the war room’s monitoring view. Construction is progressing in line with the project plan’s risk-assessed schedule and budget.
Länsimetro Oy’s Technical Director presented the situation for the Matinkylä–Kivenlahti section’s commissioning plan. The commissioning plan is proceeding on schedule.
Länsimetro Oy’s CFO presented the cost monitoring for the Matinkylä-Kivenlahti section, as well as a budgetary projection of management, administration and financial charges. Construction is progressing in line with the project plan’s budget.
Länsimetro Oy’s Communications Director presented Länsimetro’s public image to the Board of Directors. The operations related to the section under construction as well the section owned by Länsimetro Oy that is already in operation are openly communicated to all stakeholders and parties. Länsimetro’s public image is positive. Reporters are increasingly interested in how the construction is advancing.
The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on 21 October 2020.
